WATER RESCUE STRETCHER
The 911 Thalon water rescue stretcher has been developed to meet the operational demands of aquatic, marine, helicopter, and multi-terrain rescue environments, ensuring robustness, rapid deployment, and maximum practicality during patient recovery, immobilization, and transport phases.

911 series is recognized as one of KONG’s iconic rescue stretchers; it has proven its reliability through numerous rescue operations worldwide. Appreciated by professional rescue operators for its efficiency, durability, and ease of use, the stretcher has become a trusted solution for demanding operational environments and helicopter rescue missions.

Constructed with an AISI 304 stainless steel frame and perforated HDPE shells for rapid water drainage, the stretcher delivers excellent durability and corrosion resistance, even in harsh operational conditions.

Its modular structure can be quickly separated into two symmetrical sections through an intuitive system that can also be operated by a single rescuer. The sections are connected through a central hinge with colour-coded self-aligning pins, allowing immediate visual verification of proper assembly. Locking is secured by side screw collars with quick-release aluminum closures.

Designed primarily for aquatic and maritime rescue missions, the stretcher is equipped with a dedicated removable flotation kit that ensures proper buoyancy and facilitates patient loading in water. Once removed, the stretcher can also be effectively deployed for land-based and multi-terrain rescue operations.

The patient immobilization system includes four securing straps with stainless steel automatic buckles, along with a dedicated head immobilization device. Reflective inserts integrated into the flotation elements improve visibility during low-light or night operations.

Compatible with most helicopter cabins currently in service, the stretcher is also designed to allow safe and comfortable manual carrying by multiple operators thanks to its optimized frame geometry.

Supplied complete with a suspension system and stainless-steel connectors for lifting and transport operations, the stretcher is engineered for professional rescue and medevac applications.
